We can ship worldwide! International shipping costs and timings will vary based on your location/country, so please do contact us for more information. Please note that it is your responsibility to pay any international duties and taxes fees.
We do hope you’re happy with your items, however in the case that you wish to return your purchase you are of course able to do so within 30 days of your date of purchase. For international purchases, you may return your items within 40 days of your date of purchase, but please do contact us so we can assist further. Any returns made after this will not be eligible for a refund and your item will not be returned. For both UK and international returns, you will be responsible for postage costs. Please retain proof of postage in the case of any delays or issues.
Items must be returned in their original condition with hang tags attached and in their original satin bags. Please note that if any tags or labels are removed, or if any marks or scuffs are found on either the garment or bag upon inspection, we cannot issue a refund nor exchange. Please allow up to 7 working days for returns and refunds including delivery, inspections and processing.
How to return:
In an effort to reduce paper waste, please email [email protected] for all returns or exchange queries, where we will be happy to assist you. Please state your intent to return or exchange the item and its size (along with which item you would like to exchange it with) and once you receive an acknowledgement email, along with your unique identifier number to attach to the shipping address, feel free to then return the item provided it is in perfect, unused condition. Once the item is received we will cross-check your information and your returned item. We are not responsible for lost or damaged parcels on your behalf. Items must include the unique identifier number so that it can be processed properly.
